While Muljadi is currently an outspoken advocate for its plant-based lifestyle, she didn’t have a choice in the beginning.

“Four years ago I discovered a lump in my breast,” she recounts. It was benign. Her doctor said not to worry unless the tumour grew. Plus it kept growing.

After seeing a number of physicians, Muljadi was referred to your naturopath. The naturopath looked in her medical files, looked at Muljadi and said,”You have to become vegetarian.”

Muljadi had an extreme hormone imbalance. In accordance with this Naturopath, animal products are a compelling element for many women. “She explained to me,’You don’t have time, you need to quit eating them instantly,”’ recalls Muljadi.

“The first few months were tough, but after two weeks my body changed And my mind shifted,” she states. “I’ve got more energy today. I was ill a great deal, and now I don’t. I used to have the worst skin , and my skin is actually excellent.”

Muljadi’s transformation was not only in her entire body. “It was the Weirdest thing, I felt as getting vegetarian also influenced me emotionally,” she says.
